Founded by Nu, Panupong Sinarporn. Nu’s baking journey start during pandemic when everyone find baking as a hobby, he find his new hidden passion. he start his professional baking at Tartine bakery and learnt his way through his years of working there.

Cuivre means copper — a tribute to timeless baking tools and the stories they carry.
